With over 70 years of lean production and management expertise, XCMG Equipment understands how to manufacture products that consistently win market share. We place strong emphasis on intelligent manufacturing, integrating advanced technologies with cloud-based architecture across our production processes.
The use of big data analytics enables predictive maintenance to ensure stable supply and operational efficiency, while real-time monitoring supports the coordinated management of sales, procurement, production, quality, and equipment—optimising the entire manufacturing system.
In manufacturing, XCMG operates more than ten production bases and KD plants across China, Germany, Austria, the United States, Mexico, and Uzbekistan. Through the acquisition of international brands such as Schwing and WIKA, XCMG continues to strengthen its capabilities in key technologies and core components.
Today, XCMG has built a global marketing and service network spanning 14 global regions, supported by more than 300 overseas distributors and over 2,000 service sites. Its products are exported to 195 countries and regions, with coverage exceeding 95% of Belt and Road markets worldwide, establishing XCMG as a flagship brand representing China’s equipment manufacturing industry on the global stage.

With eight first-class research and development centres worldwide, XCMG invests in innovation to deliver technical advantages in reliability, quality, safety and operating efficiency. To deliver reliable quality, we invest in rigorous testing to improve design during development and production. The range of tests, including buffer, stress, synchronisation precision, pulse and coating adhesion are undertaken to ensure delivery conformity and key performance.
Value Add
XCMG remanufactures equipment as a way to reduce waste within the industry. Using remanufacturing process technology based on traditional repair methods, old products are recycled to the same quality as new products, enabling overall repairs and performance upgrades.
